I really hate the reviews that people do before they've even used the product they've received and ordinarily would not do such a thing. But, we're still pretty locked down where I live and although I've had the bag for a couple of weeks I haven't been able to use it on the course yet. But although I haven't been able to play with it, I have "played with it" quite a bit - in my basement, in my yard, and yes - even in the bedroom :). I've set my clubs up, perfected the strap adjustments, and played multiple rounds in my imagination. So while I can't tell you how it feels on my shoulders walking up the hill on the 18th hole or how it still looks like new after 3 months of play I can tell you it's a fantastic bag for the low-low-low Rock Bottom Golf price that I paid ($70 to my front door), it looks great, it did come with a rain cover (I've seen some reviews that said it does not), it feels like it will carry well, and is very sturdy but still light. Unlike my cart bag my previous stand-bag did not have individual slots for each club. I love playing with a well organized bag - a place for everything and everything in it's place, as they say. The individual club slots seem to help reduce the rattling/clunking, make it easy to find the club you're looking for, and most importantly will help ensure you don't leave that wedge next to the green or that extra 7 iron that you took up on the tee box just in case there when you walk off. I did solve the mystery of the "zip-off pocket". I've seen reviews that said it didn't have a zip-off pocket. I was scratching my head for a couple of days since I also was unable to find a pocket that zipped off. I expected a removable beverage pocket or maybe a valuables pocket that was completely removable from the bag. The zip-off pocket is actually just the flap that opens/closes the large pocket on the bottom of the bag - the "flap" zips completely off so you can have your name embroidered on it by your local seamstress. Not a big deal either way but if I hadn't had so much time to "play with it" in the basement I probably would have joined the bunch that assumed it was a cut-and-paste error in the bag's description.

Only thing I found the bag could use is about 3-4 inches on the left shoulder strap to help the bag not feel like the club are sliding out. But overall happy with the product!!

Great bag, light weight with nice storage.

With this covid virus going on I needed a carry bag. Fast delivery and the bag is great. I’ve played 5 rounds with it and everything seems to be working correctly. Love That it has individual club slots and it’s very light weight. Highly recommend for the price.

With the new policies at golf courses, I needed a new stand bag for walking the course. This bag is very similar to my cart bag but with legs and double straps.

A Hot Z cart bag for under $60 is a steal, the 3.5 bag has many pockets, 14 dividers, cooler pocket, light weight and very snazzy.

the full length dividers are nice, it stands up nice without much force, there are plenty of pockets and it looks nice. the carry straps are horrible. for one, you need to manually twist the shoulder straps around every time because they're held to the bag just by a single piece of nylon. i also had a zipper break in half when i pulled it out of the box and tested everything.

This was a gift for my Grandson. He was pleased as this was his first full sized bag. I was disappointed because the write-up stated that it came with a zip-off bag, which was not with it!

Lightweight. Well constructed. Plenty of pocket space. Zippers, handles and straps all seem very solid as is the stand. It's an inexpensive bag but it isn't a cheap bag.

Like everyone else when received golf bag it looked great and to be good quality, wrong. Ordered bag in January 2018 but did not start using it until May 2018, start of our golf leagues. Only after 3 months the bag is falling apart. I have been golfing for over 35 years and never had a golf bag last only 3 months. I understand the bag is not very expensive but I should have lasted at least a couple of years. Yes it is a good value but only for a short time ( 3 months ). My friends and myself have never heard of Hot-Z golf bags and now I know why. They just don't last.

I wanted a bag that was nice with plenty of pockets and lots of dividers. good quality but also didn’t have huge company logos/names on it. This bag is perfect for what I wanted. Low profile, light weight, didn’t break the bank. looks good and does exactly what it is supposed to do. I would recommend. Has plenty of space to iron on your own patches and make the bag your own. (I got my U of M patch on there already)

14 pockets and lightweight. Absolutely worth the price. I have never reviewed anything on Rockbottom but have been buying golf equipment, electronics, accesorries for years. I have NEVER been disappointed. They Rock!

I was looking for a new carry bag for playing nine holes using a half set during the winter. Good quality; nice colors; lots of pockets including cooler pocket.

Bag looks great in person, plenty of pockets and dividers for my clubs. Only used on a cart so far, but when I adjusted the straps the bag felt decent on my back. Can't beat for $40

For 39.00 it is a great bag. It had the back pack straps and the kick out legs and holds everything I need plus. I was super surprised it was such quality.

I really like the amount of storage in this bag. I also like how lightweight it is. And even the little things like a Velcro strap to keep the legs locked when traveling.

Great to walk the course with this bag. Lightweight and plenty of pockets for all your gear. Does not work well with a cart. Will not stand straight in the cart because of the stand lever on the bottom of the bag.

Haven't had a Hot-Z bag for years, and now I don't know why. The quality and design are as good as any of the bigger name manufacturers, and the price is much better! If you are in the market for a very functional carry bag, give Hot-Z products a look before you pay more for another bag.
