They're tees. They hold the golf ball up and do a good job at it.

You get lots of tees, although they easily break but easy to hold ball for drives.

3-1/4 natural tees. Durable, great tees. I chose natural because my driver face is black and colored tees tend to leave marks all over it. The natural wood tees don't typically leave any marks on my driver face.

I actually prefer the 2 3/4" ones, but these were cheaper. They are more likely to break, however.

Be sure you want a very tall tee.

These are cupped sticks that are designed to hold golf balls. The do as such.
