90% of my box was also the ProV1 392 which hasn't been made in over ten years. Why not just be honest and say "hey, we're trying to dump some really old stuff, hence the perceived value price". Golf balls this ancient aren't worth what I paid but you live and learn and move on down the road.

I have purchased several of the ammo boxes of titelist pro v1. The balls react no different than new ones and I have not been disappointed at all with the price performance or customer service. Excellent price buy with confidence.

I have purchased these balls in the past and have been happy with the result. But this time when I opened the box 70% of the balls in both boxes I bought are V1-392, which are at least 13 year olds and inferior to the balls manufactured in the past 8 years. While they are still technically a Pro V1 they are not the same ball and this should be made clear. The picture in the add clearly shows the marking of a current design Pro V1.

I'm not good enough to tell the difference between these and brand new balls when I hit them, but I can certainly appreciate the LOWER COST! I used to play which ever balls I could find but that provides me with very inconsistent reacting balls. I've been playing Rock Bottom Mint Condition balls for a few years and find they perform consistently and don't hurt the pocket book when I lose them like new Pro V1 balls.

The “near mint” balls I purchased were not exactly near mint. The refinishing that had been done to the balls had a lot of bad scuffs, marks, and small beads hanging onto the balls. For the most part it doesn’t bother my game, but for a pro v1 I was expecting them to be exactly what they were called “near mint” and that wasn’t the case.

The Ammo box of Pro V1s look fantastic with their refinishing. Having played Pro V1s for many years, though, I can certainly tell the difference around the greens and putting as they play a little firmer than new Pro V1s. I'm not disappointed with the purchase in any way...these are good balls for a casual or practice round, but I'll pull out the $4 ProV1 during more serious competition.

I have used this ball for the last couple of years, they look like new, play like new and at a great low price.

Balls were great shape.

These balls were all REFINISHED. They look great with the new paint job, but not all of the balls underneath the veneer play the same. Some of the dimple patterns resemble some really old Pro V1 patterns. However, for the price, there are plenty enough to play a serious match with, and plenty more to practice with.

Enjoy playing them, the look and feel are are unnoticeable to the brand new ones, but a third less.

The balls look perfect out of the box. Once you hit them about 10 times, the paint starts to crack and peal. I will never buy these again!

Rock bottom is shipping out items that are knock offs. There is no way in hell these balls are Prov1s, I have hit strata range balls that are hard as rocks that are better than these pieces of sh@@. Do not buy any balls from Rock bottom. I have ordered thousands of dollars in rock bottom items. My last shipment was terrible. Nothing but knock offs. The hats, the balls, the shorts the shirts. There is no way what they are selling is the legit item.

2nd time I bought these balls and very happy with their condition.

A few of the balls - out of three dozen - had rough surfaces unrelated to the dimples.
