Taylor Made RBZ
August 7, 2023
Clubs are excellent. Learning how to hit them is another story. Didn’t do well first time out. Second outing was much better. Still learning the driver. Using senior shafts for the first time. Getting much more height from the irons. The rescue 4 is tremendous from the get go . Easy two to strike and getting great carry. Still having problem with mallet putter on how hard to strike the ball but overall a great set of clubs. Packing for all was fantastic with individual bubble wrap on every club. Would purchase again!
Pros
  • Light weight clubs that carry well. Driver will get better with time
Cons
  • None

Got my complete set quickly, took about 1 week. I love the Irons and they feel solid when hitting any kind of ball. I am not a fan of the Drivers, they have an annoying ping sound when you hit balls. I also had my 3 wood head pop off after my 3rd hit. TaylorMade was kind enough to get me an entire new set and not extra coat. Which is amazingly good service.
Pros
  • Irons hit solid.
  • Hybrids are light and slam
  • Very light set up, great!!
Cons
  • Annoying hollow ping noise from Driver.
  • 3 wood broke off at the Hinde (what the head connected to the shaft) (all my hits were clean)

Terrible, just terrible clubs

These clubs just plain suck. I've played 10 rounds with these things and cant get a drive over 200 yds. There is no feel to the irons or wedges, driver is just dead, hybrids are a joke. I'm afraid to hit a higher compression ball for fear of breaking a club, like many have reported. I wish I had never sold my Adams Golf GT2 Undercut irons that were 16 years old as they smashed these things to bits. As well as my Adams Golf Tight Lies Driver & Fairways Woods (last models made) as they smoke these clubs. I actually paid for for this set and feel like I took 3 steps backwards with these things. I went from the low 80's to can't break 100 with these things.
Pros
  • ZERO
Cons
  • Too many to list

Great Clubs

My old clubs are heavy and made for distance. It was a rough transition. I was a little worried, but after 4 rounds I would say I've comfortably went from high 80s to Low-Mid 80s. I LOVE THE HYBRIDS
Pros
  • Great Bag, Individually Wrapped, Club Covers, ETC
Cons
  • Tough Transistion

1st round with them was a little rough. Got much better on the 2nd 18 round a few days later. Going to take some getting used to. Got to play more golf I guess.

From the packaging to how these clubs play is way better than I expected. First off they came with a rain hood. Every single club had bubble wrap, plus plastic around the club head. This is one good looking set too. Also very pleased with how forgiving and playable these clubs are. Overall I'm completely satisfied.
