This low spinning master is great for my game. As I've gotten older, my carry distance has naturally dropped. This driver has allowed me to get it out there with young guns.

Every two or three years I try a new driver to see how it outperforms my current setup. Hit the stealth 9? x-stiff on GC quad compared to my 9 degree Cobra SZ. Hit 20 balls with each club and then removed mis hits. Clubhead speed was identical, Ball speed was identical, launch angle within a half degree. The average spin rate was the big difference. Stealth - 1,900 Cobra - 2,600 Stealth averaged: 12.5 yds more Carry 15.1 yds more total distance

It may be my imagination, but it seems the ball just jumps off the club face. The one thing I learned early, don't swing hard. This club begs for a smooth deliberate swing. The sound is not as crisp as my M5, just a little duller....but it works.

The face feels like the old putter inserts but the ball comes off very hot. I added easily 10 yards to my drives from the SIM2.
