It's light, easy to use, and a great reach. A good retriever. A great price!

This retriever is easy to extend and close and easily picks up my golf balls that seem to act like divining rods and find water.

This retriever is very long, seems very durable, and works quite well. Because it's made with heavy-duty materials, it is a bit heavy. Also it only contracts down to 4-5 feet long so it has to be carried in the bag with your clubs and even then, it sticks up above those clubs.

Really 4.5 stars. Does what it's supposed to do. It is a bit heavier than your average ball retriever for some reason. Has a pretty good droop to it when fully extended because of this. All in all, you can't beat it for the price.

Works great

Very simple design that works. Just place the opening over a ball and it stays until you take it out. I love it and am able to retrieve my wayward shots. It will pay for itself in no time!

This is much more rigid than the reviews indicate. There is a real slick gizmo in the basket so picking up a ball is a no-brainer. You do not have to scoop or rotate, put the end over a ball and lift. Its that simple.

Ball retriever stays pretty straight even when fully extended. Captures the ball easy and has a great price.

saved my balls! saved my hands from the gators on the courses in florida saved my shoes and socks someday if i hit golf balls good i wont use it as much, but for now we are real good companions and i dont go golfing without it

I previously had a Calloway retriever that had broken after several years and this replaced it ideally at a much cheaper price. Highly recommended.

I have been using the old style retriever with the yellow cup on the end. This is a big improvement over that retriever.

It is actually a well built and sturdy item. I wish it collapsed to a smaller size.

This retriever is well built and easy to use. It is sturdy but when extended to full length it gets a little shaky. It doesn’t stay straight when fully extended but bends under its own weight however it would be too heavy to use if it didn’t. It serves the purpose I got it for and I would recommend it.

No complaints, will get the job done.

Simple and easy to install... might have to cut the butt off your putter and glue this bad boy on the bottom. Not rocket science. Saves my back! So I can play until I'm 150.

I can't believe I'm reviewing a ball retriever but its a good one. Strong enough for almost any retrieval and a simple mechanism that holds the ball and won't break like my friends one. his one had a spring mechanism that obviously would break the fir time I used it.

The retriever is sturdy but it is not compact. It is full size ball retriever. If you are looking for standard size, this is a good buy.

Great ball retriever

This is the second one of these I have bought. I purchased one a year ago for my first grandson and just received another one for my second grandson. Love it and hey do too!!

Easy to attach to clubs. Noore bending over the hole. Nice for the price.

It’s a good deal picks up the balls easily and extends pretty far out. Only issue is the screws for the extensi?n seem a little weak but other than that a good buy. I mean who really wants to worry about lost balls? We should be better golfers by now.. we’ll maybe not. Enjoy

I have only been out two times since the purchase, but it has worked great the few times I've used it.

Only had to use it a couple times, but it is lightweight and has a great reach.

Good ball retriever, not heavy duty by any means.

None of the items purchased have yet to be used. I am the prize chairman for our golf league and prizes will be awarded at our end of season tournament. I have purchased other items last year and all prizes purchased last year where given at our mid season tournament which allowed our golfers use of the items for part of the season last year. All prizes where top quality and appreciated by all. All products purchased from rock bottom where well appreciated by each winner. Quality products at a good price.

This has allowed me to recover not only my balls that have gotten away from me but some others. My son has plenty of balls to hit around the yard now and they are not my prov1’s.

This ball retriever works as expected. I tried it once....it was a little difficult to operate. I think in time and with practice I could be more proficient at retrieving balls.

Good for retrieving balls on harder surfaces. A little difficult if retrieving balls in soft bottom lakes or ponds. With a little practice you will get the hang of it.

This thing is GREAT! Already shagged a dozen balls out of the drink with this thing my first time out!! Well worth the money.

light weight and could be made stronger. Works pretty good, but on my 3rd one in 3 years. Breaks easily. The twist locks could be made to hold longer. Don't know if they make stronger ones.

First one arrived broken. Not to worry, RBG sent out a replacement right away. Great price and service.
