It works just fine as long as you do not have to fully extend. I think that is probably true with all similar products. Would buy another one if needed.

Easy online ordering and promptly shipped and delivered. Ball retriever was a great value with extra long reach and extra small price tag! This will pay itself in no time at all in retrieval of good balls that I hit into the water.

Works like it's supposed to, I just wish it collapsed to a shorter length so I could put it in a zipper pocket instead of it sharing a club slot with my driver.

Fits perfectly in my bag. The expandable length is perfect for reaching those hard to reach "lost" balls. This has paid for itself with the offset of recovered balls.

This works great. I live on a golf course that is surrounded by a lake and cannels. So until this I have lost many good balls and now I can save them.

First this holds water that later drips in your bag and gets your grips soaked. Not good! Second when fully extended, it is difficult to direct.

I doubt you would ever need a longer ball retriever...everywhere I have ever played you can't even see as far into the water as this thing reaches. Unless you're trying to get your ball out of a tree or something? hahaha

Nice price for this compact item. Come in handy when you can retrieve that $4 Pro-V.

This ball retriever is great!

Actually this retriever does not get bent like some others you can reduce down to 18" and you place inside your golf bag because it goes into one of the slots on your golf bag along with your clubs...works fine.

Already made up more than the cost of this retriever in 1 round, picking balls out of the water. compact enough not to take up too much room in your bag and extends a long ways away. Plus, you don't know how much fun picking balls out of water actually is!
