I noticed upon receiving my new Voice Caddie that the ball marker was not included, then after charging I went to a local golf course to test it. It recognized the course okay, but when pressed for my first yardage, all I received was "changing holes" and consistently for the next 3 courses played. I tried everything and with no results I decided to download their websight and update the unit. my Norton Security on the computer said NO, websight is NOT safe!!! Decided to return the unit, but I was past the 10 day limitation. I haven't trashed it yet but will some day. I don't blame Rock Bottom Golf for they have never disappointed me. I blame the Voice Caddie people who provided it. its sad. A good friend has an original voice caddy. It works great and I was really excited about this VC300.

Purchased this gps on rock bottom after seeing a couple of friends using it when in Florida. This is the best gps that I have had. Easy to use, click of the button and it tells you the yardage. It clips securely on your hat so no worries on losing it or forgetting to take it off the golf cart. Can't miss with this one......

I play alot of different courses and some of them do not have all yardage markers - VC is a tremendous help. No more walking around fairways looking for sprinkler head yardage markers. Shot Distance feature has helped me know just how far I can REALLY hit each club. VC has helped others in my group - if they ask what I think distance is. VC has been worth every penny spent - I clip it onto my hat brim and it is never a bother. If I forget to charge it at home, it charges in the car on way to the course.

It is so easy to use. I get 2 18 holes of golf on 1 charge. It comes in a box. You push the start button and you are to go. Great buy.

This GPS is quite nice, very easy to use and it really holds a charge! For some reason it will not transition from the 17th to the 18th...push a button...done. How powerful is it? While driving home I still had it on hat as I passed a different course...The little voice said..."Golf course acquired"...That was impressive...

Just bought it for a birthday gift for a friend. Looks like a winner, however he hasn't used it yet. Probably buy one for myself, unless someone is kind enough to get me one?

I purchased the VC300 after the VC200 wouldn't wake up after the cold winter. I left it in my car. The VC300 is even better with the front and back of green feature. My friend has a distance reader that he wears like a watch. I don't plat with my glasses so this is perfect. I use it as part of my routine prior to a shot. Once the season is in full swing I try to get out twice a week. I play public courses and average in the mid 80s. Three of my friends have bought the Voice Caddy and all really like it. this is magic. Always had trouble judging distances on the golf course since I've had my voice caddie have shot some very good scores.

Great product. Had the original VoiceCaddy for a number of years and upgraded to the VC300. Both are incredibly easy to use, fast and accurate no matter where you are on the course and, with the VC300, you can get front, back and center with a simple swipe. The fact that any course you play is automatically found is a great plus. Well worth the price - especially at Rock Bottom Golf.

This voice caddy is just great. I am used to seeing my golf buddies with their range finders getting them out of their bags, trying to view the pin and reading the resulting distance and then having to return them to their bags. Now I just stand next to the ball, push the button and hey presto it tells me what I need to know. It was truly a great purchase,

This is a great little tool. The distances have been spot on and the device is priced right. It is very convenient to use. I have noticed my fellow golfers becoming more and more dependent on it.

The VC works fine but it's not updated for the course. I usually play, Mountain Valley, Pa, There are only 27 holes on the VC but the course has had 36 holes for at least 3 years. Also no way to register this product contacted the manufacture via e-mail but they did not respond

only used a couple times so far is very accurate and easy to use

I first purchased a VC 2 years ago and have loved it so much, I convinced our Ladies Assoc. To purchase 2 for door prizes at our invitational. Everyone who plays with me has been impressed with the VC, even using other range finders to check accuracy. And the voice is so much easier than reading numbers and graphics in the glaring sun. Love the price also. Love the no membership required, annual fees, and downloads of courses. After the initial set up, all that's needed is a fast update and you're all ready to go golfing on almost 30,000 courses. If it recognizes small golf courses in Wyoming, I'd rely on it working anywhere.

walked 7 holes with the Voice Caddy. (too cold to golf). simulated driving distance with driver etc . was very accurate and easy to use. . can't wait to use in a regular match.

My husband and purchased the Voice Caddy and we really like it. It is hands free and so far has performed very well. However we are trying to get our home course for when we return in the spring and so far have not been able to do that yet. We will keep trying. We have recommended it to our friends and they ordered 5 yesterday .

This little device is hard not to love. Works as-advertised, looks really sleek (think apple products) and is very easy to use. If you, like me, think spending $200 plus on a laser or GPS, and don't trust you naked eye... this little device is definitely for you.
