Cleaned up the the grooves on my older Cleveland wedges but did not sharpen them much if at all. I did not see a big difference in spin after.

The groove cleaner and sharpener works as advertised and cleans your grooves as well as sharpening/deepening them. Small size convenient and easy to use at home or on the course.

I have used this. Can't say that it sharpens the grooves but certainly cleans them well.
