I am trying these balls comparing them to the pro vi's. So far i can say they are a great ball. Not sure if they are as long but may have more feel. Great price to find out!!!

These balls are used but play just fine
Best ball for my game.

I spin the ball too much and I have a high ball flight. Titleist AVX helps me get farther down the fairway, better ball flight and it’s excellent for playing in the wind, Thanks Titleist for making the best ball on the planet.

Love these in the wind but - not a soft ball around the greens - more of a "dead" ball. If you can remember to hit them harder and putt harder you will manage fine.

Great Golf Balls, just as good as PRO V1s.

I was hoping to get lucky and get balls that were some minor scuffs but most of the balls are worn out and in poor condition. Only 6 of the 36 I would use in a match with friends. They are fair condition at best. I took a chance and lost.

Great ball off the tee for me. I find it rolls out a little more around the green though. I like the look and feel though and play this over any other ball.

Played these late last year. Good ball. Was a little surprised that it wasn't a tad softer than it is, but softness/feel is all objective. Good distance, really good greenside spin and control. Will give them another try this year.

Titles AVX Golf Ball
August 29, 2018
This ball just wants to go straight. It refuses to spin off of the driver. Had a hard time making it draw or fade. Other than is long off the tee but does not respond as well, as the Pro V1, around the green.

I Marshall at my home course and find lots of pellets, been trying an endless variety of balls for years. AVX is something different. This IS a premium golf ball. Love the feel!
ProsIt is a Titleist.
Cons4 bucks per ball, OBs start to sting a little more.

So I was skeptical about this ball. I figured it was just a scheme from Titleist to grab more money from people who were looking for a ball that would work for them. Well, I played it today and all I can say is WOW!!! My first drive with it was 330 yards, dead straight (I average about 275)!! The only problem was that the hole was only 304!! LOL. Played it all day, and my only complaint was that it spun too much on short iron approaches. I have been playing NXT Tour S and Taylormade TP5 balls, and this ball bites the greens WAY more than those, but with better distance and straightness! The feel on greenside shots and putts is very similar to the Pro V, with equal spin on short iron shots. I definitely had to adjust my game for the way the ball grabbed on chips and pitches. So, I know it was only 1 round, but if it performs similarly for me on subsequent rounds, this will be my GO-TO ball!!! I just wish it was a little cheaper!
ProsDistance, straightness, feel, spin... EVERYTHING!!!!
ConsToo much spin on short shots (if that's a bad thing!). LOL

great ball
May 5, 2018
I have been playing this ball for 6 months, living in Arizona we were a test market for the AVX. Great ball, best I have ever played in my 32 years of golfing, extra 10 yards off the tee, 5-7 yards with the irons, and great check around the greens and putts pure. Only gripe is price, but have come to accept Titleist will always be the most expensive, that being said, this ball is worth it.
ProsIt will be the best ball you ever played.

Been playing this ball solely since October. Amazing ball. Truly feel difference. To other review about price, past I checked $48(price of AVX) - $45(price of chromesoft) = $3 price difference, not $12. Well worth the $3.

Excellent ball, but...
May 2, 2018
It's an excellent ball. It does go far, less spin on driver, iron shots and soft enough around the green for most of us golfers. It's a TP5, a Chrome Soft but $12 more expensive. Don't understand Titlelist's pricing scheme thus I'd save the $12 and get the same performance from those other brands.
