Found a Flex XP at local course on sale. Tried it on but they didn’t have desired color. Found my size and color at RB. Very comfortable. I sized down from normal 11 1/2 to 11. My foot is narrow and low volume so changed out insert to the moderate support otc orthotic I use in running shoes. Grip seems fine - even on moist days. I prefer versatility of spike-shoes. Home to course to brew pub to work on a casual day.

So I'm a big dude, 350+ @ 6'1. I wanted a shoe with a stable base most importantly. I tend to walk more on the outside of my feet and eventually smash the outer side of the soles and eventually makes my ankle hurt. These shoes and very well made, stable wide sole, and harder material sole that should last me some time. Shoe is plenty comfortable for me. Traction could be a little better, but leaves no marks on the greens even for me, which is important.

Good looking shoe and seems to offer better traction than other spikeless shoes I have tried. Although the cloth uppers are partially coated with rubberized material, they don't stay completely dry since I usually play fairly early in the morning when there is considerable dew on the grass.

This is my 3rd pair of this particular shoe since they were introduced several years ago. We play early morning golf 90% of the time with heavy dew being the norm, this shoe keeps my feet dry, great traction in wet conditions and are very comfortable! One of the best things about this shoe is when they get dirty you can just toss them in the washer and they come out looking like new.

I’ve always been a FJ Classics and Icon wearer but decided to try these and I’m glad I did. They feel great walking and surprisingly have good traction. For the price, it’s hard to beat.

I tried this shoe on at a store and it felt great. I had read reviews about noise from the shoe while walking but hadn’t experienced any noise when I tried on the shoe at the store. My new shoes did squeak and I considered sending them back and then all of a sudden they stopped squeaking. They made noise for about an hour and that was it.

Had old FootJoy that were 5-6 years old. Bought these without trying them on at any local store. They fit true to size. They are super lightweight and very breathable. Just played 4 rounds with them in 50 degree and 90 degree weather and they held up great in both situations. Grip was great as well for a first pair of spikeless shoes I would highly suggest these and for the price can't be beat.

I bought these shoes because I walk rather than ride a cart. They were very comfortable right out of the box, and provided good grip even though they were spike-less.
