I have really been taking advantage of using this swing trainer as a warm up tool prior hitting into my net in my garage and the fee times I have been able to get on a course this year. Like others have indicated the grip is on the small side but I still find it a great tool for warming up inside the house with normal height ceilings and using it to work on follow thru with my swing. Great fast shipping as always with RBG.

I am using the swing trainer every day. It has helped me in the timing of my swing. I recommend this trainer to everyone.

Does what it is supposed to. Wish the grip was slightly bigger, but other than that, works great for warming up. Feel my hips having to work a bit harder to get this weight moving.

This weighted swing trainer is perfect for keeping your swing groove indoors during the winter. It has a removable weight insert to change the weight which is helpful in imitating a wedge versus a driver. Only negative is the grip is suitable for small hands. I have relatively small hands for a male and they barely fit. Shaft is bent toward the tip which I suspect is done to imitate the bow in a shaft upon swinging.

Got this as an aid to teach grip to a new golfer. Grip seems a bit small but works. Good swing weight for warm up.
