I have been contemplating purchasing a warm up stick for a while. Rock Bottom had this weight on sale so I thought I would give it a try. I am glad I did as it is the perfect weight. Drop it on through the butt end of the club, a few practice swings gets the juices flowing before warming up on the range. Then just before tee off, another couple of swings with the club you are using on the 1st tee does the trick. The other thing I like is that it fits into any pocket on your golf bag.
